About the Artist:

Li Kuimin, master of Chengxi Studio, originally from Weishan, Shandong, now resides in Canada. He is known as Li Weishan. He inherited a scholarly family tradition from a young age, immersed in the aroma of books, and has been connected with calligraphy and painting since childhood. He initially studied Liu's style of calligraphy, practicing diligently for decades, delving deeper and deeper into it. Later, he thoroughly researched the works of the Two Wangs, Ouyang Xun, Mi Fu, Yan Zhenqing, and Su Shi, integrating their styles. In traditional Chinese painting, he inherited the Lingnan school, while also drawing inspiration from famous artists such as Qi Baishi, Li Keran, and Wu Changshuo. He has absorbed various artistic styles and developed his own unique approach. He is an accomplished calligrapher and painter. His works possess both traditional depth and personal style, with great potential for collection and appreciation.
