运输方式和时效
加拿大境内:
- 标准运输:5-7个工作日
- 快递运输:2-3个工作日
美国:
- 标准国际运输:7-14个工作日
- 快递国际运输:3-5个工作日
国际运输(包括中国、香港、日本、韩国、欧洲等):
- 国际运输:10-21个工作日(具体时间因目的地而异)
运费 加拿大及美国境内：标准邮寄免费；快递运输另行收费。 其他国际地区：订单满 CAD $150 享标准邮寄免费；未满 $150 的订单运费将在结账时自动计算。大型作品可能需要额外运输费用，我们会在发货前与您联系确认。
包装 我们使用专业的艺术品包装材料,包括防潮纸、气泡膜和加固纸箱不是,确保您的书画作品安全送达。
追踪信息 订单发货后,您将收到包含追踪号码的确认邮件,可随时查看包裹状态。
国际订单 国际订单可能需要在收货时缴纳关税、税费或其他进口费用,这些费用由买家承担。我们建议您在下单前了解所在国家/地区的相关规定。
运输损坏 如果您收到的作品在运输过程中损坏,请在收货后48小时内联系我们,并提供损坏照片。我们将协助您处理索赔或安排换货。

Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. We carefully package each artwork to ensure proper protection during transit.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
United States:
- Standard International Shipping: 10-17 business days
- Express International Shipping: 7-10 business days
International Shipping (including China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Europe, etc.):
- International Shipping: 15-25 business days (varies by destination)
Shipping Costs Within Canada and the United States: Standard shipping is free. Express shipping rates apply. For all other international destinations: Standard shipping is free on orders of CAD $150 or more. Orders below CAD $150 will have shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout. Large artworks may require additional shipping fees; we will contact you for confirmation before shipment.
Packaging We use professional art packaging materials, including moisture-proof paper, bubble wrap, and reinforced boxes to ensure your ink wash paintings and calligraphy arrive safely.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package status.
International Orders International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other import fees upon delivery, which are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country/region's regulations before placing an order.
Shipping Damage If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assist you with filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
