退货与退款政策

感谢您选购待墨斋书画的艺术作品。我们致力于为您提供高品质的原创中国水墨画和书法作品。为保护艺术品的完整性和价值,我们制定了以下退货政策。

退货期限

您可在收到作品后14天内申请退货。我们建议您在收到作品后立即检查,以确保作品符合您的期望。

退货条件

为确保作品的艺术价值和完整性,退货必须满足以下所有条件:

  • 作品保持原始状态,未悬挂、未装裱、无任何损坏
  • 艺术家签名和印章完好无损
  • 包含所有原包装材料和附带文件
  • 作品无污渍、折痕、水渍或其他任何形式的损坏

不可退货的情况

以下情况恕不接受退货:

  • 定制或委托创作的作品
  • 已装裱或已悬挂的作品
  • 超过14天退货期限的订单
  • 作品有任何人为损坏、改动或使用痕迹
  • 促销或特价销售的作品(除非另有说明)

退货流程

  1. 申请退货授权
    请通过电子邮件联系我们的客服团队,说明退货原因并提供订单号。我们将在1-2个工作日内回复并提供退货授权号(RMA)。

  2. 包装作品
    请使用原包装材料妥善包装作品,确保运输过程中不会损坏。建议使用带追踪功能的快递服务。

  3. 寄回作品
    将作品寄回我们指定的退货地址(获得RMA时提供)。退货运费由客户承担。

  4. 检查与退款
    我们收到退回作品后,将在3-5个工作日内检查作品状态。确认符合退货条件后,将在5-7个工作日内将款项退回您的原支付方式。

退款说明

  • 退款将退回您的原支付方式
  • 原订单的运费不予退还
  • 退货产生的运费由客户承担
  • 如使用了折扣码或优惠券,退款金额为实际支付金额

损坏或错误发货

如果您收到的作品在运输过程中损坏,或我们发送了错误的作品,请在收货后48小时内联系我们,并提供以下信息:

  • 订单号
  • 问题描述
  • 清晰的照片(显示损坏或错误)

在此情况下,我们将承担退换货的所有运费,并为您提供以下选择:

  • 全额退款

换货政策

由于我们的每件作品都是独一无二的原创艺术品,我们不提供同款换货服务。如您对收到的作品不满意,可按照退货流程申请退款,然后重新选购其他作品。

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing an artwork from 待墨斋书画 (Daimo Studio Calligraphy and Painting). We are committed to providing you with high-quality original Chinese ink paintings and calligraphy. To protect the integrity and value of our artworks, we have established the following return policy.

Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your artwork. We recommend inspecting your artwork immediately upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations.

Return Conditions

To maintain the artistic value and integrity of our works, all returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The artwork must remain in its original condition—unframed, unhung, and undamaged
  • Artist signatures and seals must be intact and undamaged
  • All original packaging materials and accompanying documents must be included
  • The artwork must be free from stains, creases, water damage, or any other form of damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or commissioned artworks
  • Framed or hung artworks
  • Orders beyond the 14-day return period
  • Artworks with any signs of damage, alteration, or use
  • Promotional or sale items (unless otherwise stated)

Return Process

  1. Request Return Authorization
    Contact our customer service team via email with your reason for return and order number. We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Package the Artwork
    Carefully package the artwork using the original packaging materials to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  3. Ship the Artwork
    Send the artwork to our designated return address (provided with your RMA). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  4. Inspection and Refund
    Upon receiving the returned artwork, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. Once confirmed to meet return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • If a discount code or coupon was used, the refund amount will be the actual amount paid

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive an artwork that was damaged during shipping or if we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or error

In such cases, we will cover all return/exchange shipping costs and offer you the following options:

  • Full refund

Exchange Policy

Since each of our artworks is a unique, one-of-a-kind original piece, we do not offer like-for-like exchanges. If you are not satisfied with the artwork you received, you may follow the return process for a refund and then purchase a different piece.
