Q: Are all artworks original?

Yes, every piece is a unique original artwork by artist. Each item has quantity of one (1) and cannot be restocked once sold.

Q: What currency are prices in?

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Q: How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.

Shipping:
Canada: 5–7 business days (standard) / 2–3 business days (express)
USA: 7–14 business days (standard) / 3–5 business days (express)
International (China, HK, Japan, Korea, Europe, etc.): 10–30 business days.

Q: Who pays customs duties for international orders?

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer's responsibility and are paid upon delivery. 

Q: What is the return policy?

Returns accepted within 7 days of receipt. Artwork must be in original condition — unframed, undamaged, with all original packaging and documents. Contact serv@daimozhai.com to start a return.

Q: What if my artwork arrived damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, damage description, and clear photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund.

Q: Can I exchange an artwork?

Since every piece is unique original, we cannot offer exchanges. If unsatisfied, please return the artwork for a refund and browse our other works.
