Return Window Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at service@daimozhai.com with your order number and reason for return.
Item Condition All items must be returned in their original condition: unframed, undamaged, with all original packaging materials and documentation included.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damage during transit (see below). Please use a trackable shipping method. Items must be returned to:

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your location and payment provider.
Damaged Items If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.
Exchanges Because every artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, we cannot offer like-for-like exchanges. If you are unsatisfied, you may return the item for a refund and purchase another work separately.
Duties & Taxes Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not covered in the refund amount.
