Artist Introduction: Li Kuimin, originally from Weishan, Shandong, now resides in Canada. He was nurtured in a scholarly family from a young age, steeped in the scent of books, and developed a connection with ink and brush early on. He began his calligraphy studies with the Liu style, diligently practicing for decades, achieving deep immersion. Later, he meticulously studied the works of "Two Wangs" (Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi), Ouyang Xun, Mi Fu, Yan Zhenqing, and Su Shi, integrating their styles. In traditional Chinese painting, he inherited from the Lingnan School, while also drawing on the strengths of masters such as Qi Baishi, Li Keran, and Wu Changshuo, drawing widely from various arts to form his own distinctive style. His works possess both traditional heritage and personal flair, holding great potential for collection and appreciation.
