About the Artist: Li Kuimin, originally from Weishan, Shandong, now resides in Canada. Growing up in a scholarly family, he was immersed in books and developed a connection with calligraphy and painting from a young age. He began his calligraphy studies with Liu style, diligently practicing for decades and deepening his expertise. Later, he thoroughly studied the styles of Wang Xizhi, Wang Xianzhi, Ouyang Xun, Mi Fu, Yan Zhenqing, and Su Shi, integrating their techniques. In traditional Chinese painting, he inherited the Lingnan School while also drawing inspiration from masters like Qi Baishi, Li Keran, and Wu Changshuo, embracing diverse artistic elements to form his unique style. His works possess both traditional depth and personal character, with great potential for collection and appreciation.
