About the Artist: Li Kuimin, originally from Weishan, Shandong, now resides in Canada. From a young age, he was steeped in his family's scholarly traditions and developed a deep connection with calligraphy and painting. He initially studied the Liu style of calligraphy, practicing diligently for decades, deepening his mastery. Later, he meticulously studied the works of "Two Wangs" (Wang Xizhi and Wang Xianzhi), Ouyang Xun, Mi Fu, Yan Zhenqing, and Su Shi, integrating their styles. In traditional Chinese painting, he inherited from the Lingnan School, while also drawing inspiration from masters such as Qi Baishi, Li Keran, and Wu Changshuo, absorbing various artistic elements to form his own distinct style. His works combine traditional foundations with personal flair, possessing great potential for collection and appreciation.
