退货与退款政策

退货期限 收货后7天内可申请退货。请发邮件至 service@daimozhai.com，注明订单号及退货原因。

作品状态要求 退回作品须保持原始状态：未装裱、无损坏，含所有原包装材料和文件。

退货运费 退货运费由买家承担（运输损坏情况除外，详见下方）。请使用可追踪的物流方式寄回。退货地址：

退款处理 收到退回作品并完成检验后，退款将在 5–7个工作日 内退回原支付方式。具体到账时间因所在地区及支付机构而异。

运输损坏 若作品在运输途中损坏，请在收货后 48小时内 联系我们，提供订单号、损坏描述及清晰照片。我们将承担所有退换货运费并提供全额退款。

换货说明 由于每件作品均为独一无二的原创，不提供同款换货。如不满意，可退货退款后重新选购其他作品。

关税与税费 关税、税费及进口费用不予退还，由买家自行承担，不计入退款金额。

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at service@daimozhai.com with your order number and reason for return.

Item Condition
All items must be returned in their original condition: unframed, undamaged, with all original packaging materials and documentation included.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damage during transit. Please use a trackable shipping method. Items must be returned to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your location and payment provider.

Damaged Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos. We will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Exchanges
Because every artwork is a one-of-a-kind original, we cannot offer like-for-like exchanges. If you are unsatisfied, you may return the item for a refund and purchase another work separately.

Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not covered in the refund amount.
