About the Artist: Kuimin Li, originally from Weishan, Shandong, China, now resides in Canada. Growing up in a scholarly family, he was immersed in calligraphy and developed a connection with calligraphy and painting from a young age. He began his calligraphy studies with Liu style, diligently practicing for decades and deepening his expertise. Later, he thoroughly studied the styles of Xizhi Wang, Xianzhi Wan, Xun Ouyang, Fu Mi, Zhenqing Yan, and Shi Su, integrating their techniques. In traditional Chinese painting, he inherited the Lingnan style while also drawing inspiration from masters like Baishi Qi, Keran Li, and Changshuo Wu, embracing diverse artistic elements to form his unique style. His works possess both traditional depth and personal character, with great potential for collection and appreciation.
